DigitizeCanada collects the information needed to respond to inquiries, create AI Receptionist accounts, process payments, and configure call handling. This may include name, business name, email, phone number, website, business setup details, call summaries, and support messages.

We use this information to provide requested services, verify account access, process checkout, improve setup quality, and communicate with customers. We do not sell customer contact information.

Payment details are handled by Stripe. AI receptionist call and transcript data may be processed by service providers used to operate the receptionist workflow. We keep access limited to what is needed to provide and support the service.
